1. Office space - $1.25/sq. ft. per month. Organizations can share office space to help lower costs (includes all utilities, available Center services plus mailbox)

2. Desk space (plus mailbox) in communal office areas - $50/month
   Add extra for phone and/or internet service
3. Mail box - $5/month
4. Classroom/Workshop space
   free for free classes
   25% of fee for fee based classes
5. Free space for non-profit/student group literature ( in central room with mail boxes)
6. Free meeting space for non-profit/student groups (we ask for donations to help defray operating costs)

Add tax if you are NOT a registered non-profit.
